1. Course Fees
All course fees once paid are non-refundable.
We advise students to review the course details, syllabus, and demo sessions before making a payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your enrollment request before payment without any charges.
Once the payment is made and access to course material is provided, cancellations are not allowed.
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend the scheduled classes or sessions without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling will be entertained.
4. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in special situations such as:
Payment deducted twice by mistake.
Technical issues from our side that prevent course access, and no resolution is possible.
All such requests must be emailed to info@antraajaalacademy.com within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof.
5. Course Rescheduling
If Antraajaal Academy reschedules a course or session, we will inform you in advance. In case the rescheduled date is not suitable, we may offer a refund or shift you to another batch.
