For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Antraajaal Academy is the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data it collects through the Website and its Services.

a) Information you provide directly

When you fill in a contact or enquiry form, register for a course, message us on WhatsApp, call us, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

• Phone or WhatsApp number
• Course or service you are interested in
• City / location (where provided)
• Any message, query, or other information you choose to share
• Academic or project details (for Ph.D. assistance, research, and academic writing enquiries)

b) Payment information

If you enrol in a paid course or service, payment is processed by third-party payment gateways or collected directly. We do not store your full card or banking details on our own servers. We may retain a record of the transaction (such as amount, date, course, and invoice details) for accounting and legal purposes.

c) Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address and approximate location, browser type and device information, pages visited and time spent, the referring website, and your interactions with the Website. • Instructors and academic partners: with faculty, mentors, or partner institutions where necessary to deliver a course you enrol in. In particular, for the Australian Graduate Diploma (Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), BSB80120), your data is shared with our delivery partner Matic International College in Australia. • Legal and regulatory requirements: where required by law, court order, or a government or regulatory authority, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

06International data transfers

Some of our Services involve transferring your personal data outside India.

In particular, the Australian Graduate Diploma — the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), BSB80120 — is delivered in collaboration with Matic International College in Australia as a 100% online programme. If you enquire about or enrol in this programme, the personal data you provide (such as your name, contact details, and academic or application information) may be shared with and processed by our Australian delivery partner for admission, enrolment, course delivery, assessment, and certification.

11Children's privacy

Our Services are generally intended for individuals aged 18 and above, and for students who may be enrolled with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, as required under the DPDP Act. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without such consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
