Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when course fees can be refunded, our 24-hour cancellation window, which fees are non-refundable, how long refunds take, and how we handle exceptional cases.

By registering for and paying for any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
The 24-hour rule. You may request to cancel your registration within 24 hours of the time of registration to be considered for a refund (less any non-refundable fees). Once registration is complete and the 24-hour window has passed, fees are non-refundable.
01Overview
We want you to be confident about enrolling with us. To balance that with the costs we commit to as soon as a seat is reserved, we offer a short cancellation window immediately after registration. After that window, registration is treated as confirmed and fees are non-refundable, except in the limited exceptional circumstances described in Section 6.
02Course fee refund eligibility
- Within 24 hours of registration: You are eligible to request a cancellation and a refund of the course fee, after deduction of any non-refundable fees listed in Section 4.
- After 24 hours / once registration is done: The registration is confirmed and the course fee is non-refundable, whether or not you have started or attended the classes.
- Refunds are only issued to the original payer, using the original payment method, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Discounted, promotional, scholarship, or specially-priced enrolments may be non-refundable; this will be stated at the time of enrolment.
03Cancellation timeline & how to cancel
The cancellation window is 24 hours from the day and time of registration. To cancel, you must send a written request within that window — your cancellation is timed from when we receive your request, not from when you decide to cancel.
Requests received after the 24-hour window will be treated as a confirmed enrolment and will not qualify for a refund, except under Section 6.
04Non-refundable fees
Even where a refund is approved within the 24-hour window, the following are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund amount:
- Registration, admission, or enrolment fees
- Payment gateway, bank, or transaction charges
- The cost of any study materials, kits, software licences, or resources already issued or activated
- Fees for any class, session, or service already delivered or consumed
- Third-party or partner-institution fees, including application or assessment fees for the Australian Graduate Diploma and Ph.D. assistance services
- Applicable taxes already paid to the authorities
Please confirm the exact non-refundable amounts with our team at the time of enrolment, as they may vary by course and offer.
05Refund processing time
Where a refund is approved, we will process it within 7 to 14 business days from the date we confirm your eligibility. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
The time for the amount to actually appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, and may take additional days beyond our processing time. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party banks or payment processors.
06Exceptional circumstances
Beyond the standard policy, we may consider a refund or credit at our discretion in genuine exceptional cases, such as:
- A batch or course is cancelled, or cannot be delivered, by Antraajaal Academy
- A duplicate or incorrect payment caused by a technical or processing error
- A documented medical emergency or serious personal hardship preventing participation
- Other circumstances we agree, in writing, justify a refund or credit
In such cases we may, at our discretion, offer a full or partial refund, a transfer to another batch or course, or a credit towards a future programme. Supporting documents may be required. Any decision made by Antraajaal Academy in these matters is final.
07Partner programmes (Australian Graduate Diploma & Ph.D. assistance)
For programmes delivered with partner institutions — including the Australian Graduate Diploma and our Ph.D. assistance services — refunds and cancellations are also subject to the terms and refund rules of the relevant partner institution, journal, or third-party provider.
Application, admission, assessment, and certification fees paid to or on behalf of a partner are governed by that partner's policy and may be non-refundable once submitted. We will share the applicable partner terms with you before you commit to such a programme.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time for legal or operational reasons. The version in effect at the time of your registration applies to that registration. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
