Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when enrolment can be cancelled, why fees become non-refundable once a course commences, how batch transfers work, and how exceptional circumstances are handled.
Last updated: 12 FEB 2026At Antraajaal Academy, course fees are committed towards faculty allocation, course planning, training resources, infrastructure, study material, practical sessions and other academic arrangements. All students are required to carefully understand the course structure, curriculum, duration, fees and terms before enrolling.
The commencement rule. Cancellation requests are considered only if received in writing before the course commences. Once the course has commenced, enrolment is final and no refund request will be entertained.
01Cancellation before commencement of course
If a student wishes to cancel their enrolment, the cancellation request must be communicated to Antraajaal Academy in writing before the commencement of the course.
Once the course has commenced, the enrolment shall be considered final and no refund request will be entertained.
Any request for cancellation received before the commencement of the course will be considered by the Academy as per the applicable terms communicated at the time of enrolment.
02No refund after commencement of course
No refund shall be provided once the course has commenced, irrespective of:
- Whether the student has attended all or only some of the classes
- Whether the student chooses not to continue the course
- Whether the student is unable to attend subsequent sessions
- Whether the student does not utilise the course material, classes or mentorship
- Whether the student changes their mind after enrolment
- Whether the student is dissatisfied with the course, its content, teaching methodology or learning experience
A student's dissatisfaction with the course, for any reason, shall not constitute grounds for a refund once the course has commenced.
03No cash or cheque refunds
Antraajaal Academy does not provide cash refunds or cheque refunds under any circumstances.
Where a refund is specifically approved by the Academy under the applicable pre-course cancellation terms, it will be processed only through an appropriate non-cash payment method and subject to the Academy's verification and processing procedures.
04Course fees are non-refundable after commencement
The student acknowledges that once the course begins, the Academy commits faculty time, resources, course infrastructure and other academic arrangements for the enrolled student.
Accordingly, the course fee becomes non-refundable upon commencement of the course.
05No refund on account of personal circumstances
No refund shall be applicable where a student is unable or unwilling to continue the course because of personal, professional, financial, travel, employment, academic or other circumstances arising after commencement of the course.
06Batch transfer
Any request to transfer to another batch may be considered by Antraajaal Academy on a case-by-case basis and is subject to availability and Academy approval.
Batch transfer, if permitted, shall not be treated as a refund.
07Student acknowledgement
By enrolling in an Antraajaal Academy course, the student confirms that:
- They have understood the course curriculum and structure.
- They have had an opportunity to clarify their queries before enrolment.
- They understand that the course fee is non-refundable after commencement of the course.
- They understand that dissatisfaction with the course does not entitle them to a refund after commencement.
- They accept the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
08Final provision
Antraajaal Academy reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted by the Academy shall be at its sole discretion and shall not create an automatic entitlement or precedent for any other student.
By making the course payment and enrolling in the programme, the student acknowledges and accepts this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
